About Me

I’m a Product Manager and UX Designer who works at the intersection of people, technology, and decision-making. With a background in computer engineering, I stay close to technical realities while focusing on building products that serve real user needs and business goals.

I specialize in turning ambiguous problems into clear, actionable solutions. My experience spans product strategy, discovery, UX design, and delivery, allowing me to connect insights across stakeholders, designers, engineers, and data—and turn them into products teams can confidently ship.

My Story

I started my career as a graphic designer, working closely with marketing and sales to design ads and campaign materials. That early exposure taught me how design influences communication, positioning, and business outcomes.

Curiosity then pushed me toward Android development, and during an internship, I attended a Google UX workshop. It was a turning point—I realized UX allowed me to combine my design background with technical thinking. I dove deeper, and UX soon became my career.

Later, when a Product Manager role opened up, my manager encouraged me to take the leap. I had doubts—I had no formal management background—but I chose to learn. I earned my MBA and PMP, built my management skills, and discovered my passion for product leadership.

Every role I’ve taken added a layer. Product management is where they all connect.

Professional Experience

Product Manager

SCARATEC IT-Consulting GmbH · Apr 2022 – Present

I own product strategy and roadmaps for key digital solutions, making sure business goals and real user needs stay aligned. I work closely with designers, developers, and QA teams to ship consistently—maintaining a high on-time delivery rate across multiple releases.

A big part of my role is decision-making through data. I define product KPIs, run experiments and A/B tests, and use insights to improve engagement and guide prioritization. With a strong UX background, I also champion user research and usability testing to ensure solutions are not only functional, but genuinely usable and satisfying.

User Experience Designer

SCARATEC IT-Consulting GmbH · Sep 2020 – Mar 2022

I led end-to-end UX work across web and mobile products, from research and user interviews to wireframing and prototyping. I collaborated closely with product managers and engineers to translate insights into clear product decisions.

Through usability testing and continuous iteration, I helped reduce user friction, improve feature adoption, and increase overall user satisfaction across multiple products and verticals.

Android Developer Intern

Eventatak · Aug 2018 – Apr 2019

I worked on Android application development, contributing new features, fixing bugs, and improving app stability. This role gave me early exposure to cross-functional collaboration and helped me build a strong technical foundation that still informs how I work with engineers today.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, I enjoy reading 📚 and thinking deeply about ideas, narratives, and human behavior—how people think, decide, and interact with products. I also write weekly ✍️ about technology, products, and business on my blog, where I reflect on trends, break down ideas, and connect dots between strategy and real-world outcomes.

Writing helps me sharpen my thinking 🧠, communicate complex ideas clearly, and stay genuinely curious. These habits naturally carry over into my product work—whether I’m making decisions, framing problems, or designing experiences that feel intentional and human.
